Q: What measures are taken to ensure that no problems occur with the orders?
A: We inspect all our engines before shipping out to ensure there is no damage or broken parts. We execute compression testing to all our engines and it is also leak down tested. We will not ship engines with bad compression. You are guaranteed to receive a quality product. We offer the best customer service, we will respond to you immediately.

Q: Will I get any confirmation for my order?
A: Yes, an email confirming the details of the order will be sent to customer as soon as the payment is successful. All customers will then have access to the (View Order) page by logging in as a member onto the website. The tracking information and shipment's status will be provided, customer can anticipate the time of arrival efficiently.

Q: How do I cancel my order after payment is made?
A: No cancellation is permitted. There are no REFUNDS/RETURNS. Customers will not receive cash refund in any circumstances.
