Shipping
- Item purchased is usually shipped within 3 days from date of payment received. In cases where an item is out of stock, on back order or on special order, MRJDM will notify the customer via email with an approximate ETA.
- All front clips and engines will be sent via sea freight comes with FEDEX tracking services. Option to choose: 1 month or 2 months shipping. There are certain products such as Body Parts, Bumper, Spoiler, Exhaust and etc that will need additional shipping charges.
- Buyer agrees to pay shipping cost provided by MRJDM.com. Costs will vary depending on location. You will need to go to the Closest Terminal Dock port Cargo Warehouse to pick it up in/around your city. Or you can arrange local trucking from the port warehouse to your doorstep at your cost. This is port to port shipping, you will have to pay Custom Tax (2.5% only), it is from $100-250 on top of shipping cost which depends on location and condition.
Damaged Shipments
- Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
- If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must contact us immediately at joe@mrjdm.com within 48 hours or claim can not be filed.
- KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton.
- DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval. MRJDM.com would require a RMA# Return Material Authorization number; without it the return will not be honored.
Shortages
- Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for backordered items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with the products shipped.
- If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. Notify MRJDM immediately at joe@mrjdm.com.
