By purchasing from MRJDM, the customer understands and adheres to all terms and conditions on this website www.mrjdm.com as well as the invoice.

The JDM Engine Warranty policy covers the engine internal of cracks or distortion and ecu only. The warranty does not cover all external parts.

The warranty covers only damage to the motor which will prevent it from starting up.

Warranty is valid within 20 days of receiving the engine. This duration enable customer to verify that all engines are in proper condition. If there are any complications or disputes, the customer has 20 days from the original shipment arrival date to file a claim with MRJDM. Claims filed after that date will be NOT be honored.

All return products must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) issued by MRJDM. Returns will be refused without an RMA number. Please email us at joe@mrjdm.com to request for an RMA number and briefly explain nature of problem and return instructions will be provided. All approved returns must be returned to MRJDM.com; preferably with original packaging or better packaging. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to MRJDM.com. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Please note that Receipt and/or Packing Slip must also be returned with the item. MRJDM.com needs to receive the product back within the 30 Calendar days; otherwise, customers are subject to be billed for the item.

MRJDM.com is not responsible for item it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with all of the above terms. Replace the following parts with new ones to validate MRJDM Engine Warranty:

• Thermostat & Waterpump
• Spark Plugs
• Oil & oil Filter
• Water & Oil Sending Units
• Timing Belt & Tensioner
• Front & Rear Seals & Camshaft(s) Seals
• Gaskets (Oil Pan, Intake, Exhaust, Valve Cover, PVC valve)

We are not responsible for any damages during shipping transportation. For your safeguard, we offer shipping insurance we strongly recommend that you buy shipping insurance.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS VOIDS THE WARRANTY.

1. Must be installed, maintained, or adjusted by a qualified technician.
2. Set ignition to specification as recommended by manufacturer.
3. Change oil after 500 miles.
4. Re-torque cylinder head bolts to manufacturer's specification.
5. Check cooling system and service if rusted or contaminated with oil and replace coolant.
6. Must replace transmission seals, oil pan gasket, and oil filter.
7. Must clean transmission cooler.

There are no REFUNDS/RETURNS on special order items. There will be 90 days store credit applicable toward the next purchase. Customers will not receive cash refund in any circumstances.

All items sold by MRJDM.com are sold "as is" to the customer. All items sold by MRJDM.com are aftermarket products; hence; MRJDM.com is not liable for any damages or injury from these items. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these items are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. MRJDM.com will not be responsible for the customer's actions.
